Do not place hot tub lid on the ground. Do not lower the temperature. Wipe your feet before getting in.

We do not charge a cleaning fee. Please leave space clean, and wash all of your dishes to avoid a cleaning fee of $50. All dogs on leashes, off bed.
Please place all paper including toilet paper in the lidded trash can and not in the toilet. This old house thanks you. No fires before check out.
Please do not place the hot tub lid on the ground, either set it on a chair or open half way, keep it clean. No food in hot tub.
