You will stay in a quiet, independent F2 apartment (36 m²) on the upper floor, recently built, including:

• A living room with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, TV, radio with CD player, sofa and Wi-Fi.

• A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, storage space, baby bed and high chair available on request.

• A bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and storage.

• A large terrace (20 m²) with garden furniture, armchairs and an exceptional panoramic view of the Canigou and surrounding mountains.

• On the ground floor: shaded garden furniture and barbecue, as well as sun loungers around the pool reserved for the holiday home, ping-pong table, pétanque balls and darts (available during the summer season from June to September).



Located on an 8,000 m² plot in a very quiet setting mainly planted with oaks, you will enjoy the private above-ground pool (reserved for the holiday home, available in summer) and this rural environment just 5 minutes from the centre of Céret. Close to Spain, 25 km from the sea and Perpignan, it is an ideal starting point for your excursions on foot, by bike, motorbike or car. Paragliding club and landing area 1 km away. Thermal resorts of Le Boulou and Amélie-les-Bains nearby.
