"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "My spouse & I stayed during shoulder season / low season. The apartment is super cute and has great gadgets (cooking, nespresso, TV, etc). Unfortunately, the building's heat was off and we were not notified until after booking & payment, so the concierge sent a space heater that we had to set up ourselves. Also, all of the overhead lighting in the kitchen and living area did not work (which we were notified of close to arrival), so an electrician came by at 8:30PM. It wasn't able to be fixed...

"This chalet was perfect for 10 people (7 adults and three kids), the decor was not modern but is cheerful and charming, wifi works and everything is provided for cooking and eating at home.
