"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. Initially, they gave us a room without a sea view, that we booked and the hotel was empty. Also, provided with an only key/card. The breakfast was outside of hotel in a bar. We had no shampoo or soap in...

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "The place is beautiful but the staff weren’t friendly or helpful at all. The amenities were closet all the time. The beach towels were administrated at the lobby like a cheap hotel. I hope they improve the service because the place is very beautiful."

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "
