"This is my 3rd time at the hotel. Great location and my room was very nice. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are always lovely and quiet, the ones overlooking the road are very noisy and it is worth bringing earplugs if you are road-facing. Unfortunately we visited during a cold snap after the heating had been turned off for the summer so it was cold in the rooms. It’s due to be 27C the week after we came so it’s hard for the hotel to predict that it would be 8C when we arrived but it did make the stay a bit less comfortable than usual. It’s a great location though and I will definitely stay here again because the other times have been faultless"

"This hotel was in a great location, near a lot of restaurants and landmarks like the Moulin Rouge but also near museums like the Musée de Montmartre and a Dali museum. It was also near a Metro station. Breakfast was good with cakes and croissants. There was also an “honesty bar” every afternoon where you could meet other guests. We enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful hotel but our room was like a sauna…very hot. I was told that the central air-conditioning goes on according to the temperature outside, and therefore, since it was cold, the heat was on in the room I was given a fan and also was given a credit. Fire doors were outside my room and they were constantly making noise. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom very very small. "

"Poor communication with the host. I called in to Expedia and they said they would call me back. Never did. The photos of the room were deceptive. The loft sleeping area is only suitable for someone who can crawl into a 2’x2’ entrance."

"Staff were professional and friendly. Would have liked a bottle of water included in the room rate as well as hair conditioner and carpet in room could do with a wet clean but room and bathroom very clean other than that. "
