Our property offers a spacious 2300 sq. feet of living space just minutes from the home of the Penn State Nittany Lions! This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Hot Tub and so much more!
This property is a newly renovated walkout basement with separate access. This property is within 20 minutes of Beaver Stadium and also 2 minutes of Centre County Grange Park (a PSU affiliate)/ Grange Fair.
