"This hotel does the job, very well centered easy access to Forth Worth and Dallas. Was upgraded to Presidential suite, which is a good size room however not quite presidential. It was a fair deal and value."

"The rooms are really small, at least mine was. So the bathroom was tight. Perfect for one night. It's not a traditional hotel as far as check in and check out. Everything was clean. Valet is expensive. There are parking garages near by. Had a nice coffee/expresso machine. Very big lobby."

"The room was extremely clean and majority of staff ie concierge, front desk, restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside staff gave us wrong directions to our tour bus pick up located at River front which made us 15 minutes late (2 minutes from getting left behind) and a loss of $200.00. It is best to not say anything than give misinformation. Our first night we experienced cold water for shower but that was rectified by the following morning. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. Over all we had a great experience and would consider staying at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel again."

"Be sure and reserve your parking place, it did not state that in making the reservation And when I happen to ask another question right before we arrived, I did ask where we should park and they said their parking was full and referred us to a Pay parking lot that was a couple of blocks away, I was not going to pay for parking again so we had to park on the street a few blocks away and walk back to the room, I was not pleased. Everything else was great!"
