The thoughtfulness and detail of the birthday gestures was so well executed. Kudos to the amazing staff. From being greeted at the door, bellhop service, and the wonderful hospitality team. "We had a great experience at the Omni for our daughter's birthday sleepover. There was a huge wedding happening that same weekend and after some mixups with the rooms we reserved over a month in advance we were upgraded to suites with adjoining doors. The young lady at the front desk and the manager worked hard and were very empathetic, professional and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and I really Appreciate them. The hotel was Beautiful and the girls had a Blast! :o)"
