"11 of 10! VERY pleased with all. Welcoming and genial staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Super pool, jacuzzi, and saunas were really great. Five stars breakfast and fine restaurant. Secure parking very handy. Hotel is close, yet sheltered, from the main street, in an ideal location. My wife was very happy! I found the price to be very good for all we enjoyed on this, our second stay. Will return again!"

"They charge extra for the pool which wasn't clarified on their listing. And even if you paid the about 10 dollars for 2 hours, the pool isn't even open during hours that are most convenient. They didn't even open the pool until 3pm and closed it before 10pm. No morning swims. Plus there was construction going on somewhere in the building, so around 10am for most of the day you heard that. But the staff was very good and nice along with the rooms. Excellent kitchen and comfortable beds. Convenient location to downtown, train station and grocery store."

"Absolute luxury in a perfect location. From top to bottom, every service member is kind and helpful - they are trained to make life easy for guests. That is extremely hard to find these days. Kid's club is great but they can work on supervision and ensuring kids don't go wandering. Other than that, this is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Well worth the money. I highly recommend."

"Amazing place with luxury feeling. Beautiful location with great Mountain views, Clean and well equipped rooms. Breakfast with endless possibilities to choose your food, also local cuisine available. Great restaurants for dining. Pool area with outside jacuzzis make your stay as perfect as you can imagine. Going soon again for long weekend to explore more."

"We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Renaissance Zakopane. The entire property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and shared areas felt modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection to start the day. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Zakopane, and we would happily return and recommend it to others."
