After many tries, the hotel reservation office did not consider that and refused to check out. They didn't want to refund me. Beside the reservation, all hotel staff (reception, restaurant, room service) were great! but unfortunately, the hotel manager and the reservation office didn't consider my case, even if I talked...

"This was a business trip, my first one to Riyadh. The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff."
