"Our “mini-suite” was roomy, clean, and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than expected; it included fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, and country fried potatoes. We’d be happy to stay here again."

"They are currently remodeling. It was hard to get a hold of the front desk staff half the time. But when we did, they were very nice & accommodating. It’s located right across the street from a truck stop so not that nice of an area, but great dining options within a half mile or so. They offered a simple buffet breakfast but we did not partake."

"Staff are always pleasant and helpful! Location is perfect for the Medford Airport. My Place always does their best to arrange transportation to the airport....its not promised, but I've never had a problem. It is clean and comfortable and just all around a great place to stay! "

"Perfect place to stay while passing through Ashland, easy location to get to from freeway and to go into town for a meal. Didn't try their restaurant or pool this time around, but great in the past. Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff."

"The room was clean and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Two big issues though: I arrived later in the evening, and was only able to check in using a remote desk staff who I think was in the Philippines? She was very professional and friendly, but there was another staff member sitting at the front desk of the hotel, right behind me, so I thought it was very strange that the hotel has contracted out to an offshore worker, presumably to save money. I would gladly pay a few more dollars to support a local community member/worker. I won't be choosing this hotel again as long as they are using a remote front desk agent. Second thing: the pillows were very thick and we all had sore necks in the morning. Other than those two issues, we had a very nice stay. And the Morning Glory Cafe next door had an amazing breakfast!!! "
