"Luxurious. I stayed in 3 IHG hotels on this trip and all were well managed and operated. This is a 5-star for sure, BUT it is located in a developing area. The hotel is isolated with lovely gardens, but no nearby businesses, even though stores and locations have yet to be filled. You can only access the hotel and its facilities. Breakfast buffet has many choices, but how much can one eat at a sitting. Other meals are available at regimented times at their Cafe and restaurant. The restaurant is...

"We had an amazing stay at Hilton in Heze! The hotel is very comfortable, clean, modern, nicely decorated and overall excellent. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our inquiries! The restaurant and breakfast was great as well. "We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world)....
