"A very charming cabin immersed in nature! Our family had a magical stay—we were even greeted by monkeys one morning, which was such a fun and unexpected surprise as they watched us curiously. The cabin is cozy and beautifully nestled in the natural surroundings. Access to the property involves a short walk with your luggage, but as a family of campers, it just felt like another adventure. "We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"We had good time gloria took us for lapas lapario tour which was good experience and we had to move our last night from barcelo tambor a barcelo san jose.. we got helped by staff name Juvenal ortiz roman an abigail from front office.. and it saved our flight from missing.. it was great experience..it was our 3rd stay in 3rd country with Bercelo hotels. Suggestions more options in vegetarian and other food options would be nice.."
