"Cosmos closed without notice. Wanted supper after traveling a few hours late, but closed. Shower head did not work room 1414. Went for breakfast on Sunday, we waited 30 minutes for our meal. I think waitress forgot to enter meal. Then witnessed male push away the small female waitress at the till or whatever it is called it was uncomfortable and abusive. Made us very uncomfortable. She was a quiet sweet waitress that probably was learning and English iffy. But we did not like it. We were offered no discounts for waiting or explanation for delay. I have never sent a review. I am not a pretentious complainer that nit picks. The lofton is a very nice place to stay and I have no other complaints. I would stay again. Beautiful and location is everything."

"This is a lovely hotel in downtown Minneapolis. All staff we had contact with were nice and friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant in site provided excellent service; good food and craft cocktails. Highly recommend."

"The fridge couldn’t fit a single item I had, and no microwave. But as far as a place to stay for a night, I couldn’t be happier. If I had to stay for more than a night perhaps it would’ve been some issues. But this is a great location, and they were world class in terms of providing a great hotel despite construction and renovation on several floors. I’d stay again if I needed a place in MPLS for a night."

"Perfect location for walking over to US Bank. Only piece of advice is making sure you understand that parking is tricky when an event is going on, even when you have hotel parking. We called for some help and were told “best of luck,” as roads were shut down. Being from out of town, we didn’t know all these roads would be shut down, but lesson learned, we did figure it out on our own (ignore the no left turn sign and turn anyways because you are just parking going to the parking garage). "
