"Loud neighbors all night which was frustrating. Great breakfast. Lots of helpers keeping food areas and tables cleaned. Cold pool which was a bummer for the kids. Clean room was wonderful! The bathroom size and bedroom size was big. "

"New water park was awesome kids had a blast. Hotel stuff was very helpful and courteous .we initially had a 2 Queen bed room, however My wife had an operation day earlier and we wanted to get a cot bed for one of our kids so she could sleep by herself. When stuff heard our request they send one free of charge to us. Empathy goes a long way. This is our 4th visit and many more to come. Thank you. "

"Staff was top notch and very accommodating. I truly wish I had the woman’s name that checked us in, she deserves a special shout out for her professionalism & friendliness- our fireplace wasn’t working, she came in prepared & immediately suggested a change of rooms to prevent a repeat. She said she had been there for 7 years but her down to earth enjoyment of her job, and intricate attention to detail (wishing my husband a happy birthday, and other small talk) was wonderful. Property was very clean, would stay again! "

"The room was clean. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. My only concern was how busy the pool area was at 9:00 pm. There were too many kids at this time."
