"The hotel and my room was very clean. I like that the hotel was near many restaurants and places to shop. The staff was kind and helpful especially April. The only thing I wish is that at breakfast that there was a meat selection. But other than that I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again."

"I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities on the property. The only thing that I can complain about is, I had a heck of a time getting hot water and then it really didn’t get as hot as I prefer but all in all still a wonderful hotel to stay in."

"The amway Hotel Downtown Grand Rapids,MI was really nice,nice rooms with a refrigerator,but (NO MICROWAVE)nice and big indoor pool and hot tub,decent size gym next to the pool on the 4th floor in the glass tower.however everything is very expensive.they have tons of shops and restaurants inside the hotel.great customer service,housekeeping was great!Valet service is $49.00,but it was worth it,valet guys are hard working crew,(they all share the tips)or $45.00 do it yourself in a garage."
