"This small apartment had recently been remodeled with some nice high end touches. Having a washer and dryer (nice ones) were a nice touch. Location was close to Pere Marquette Beach and plentiful other sites. Oh yeah, and the food at the Cafe... awesome! Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Muskegon again!"

"Stay was great. The parking was covered and you get two spots. Easy access to the building and unit. Unit was big and clean, tons of space and all well kept. Property managers were easily assessable and responded quickly. I would stay again for sure. Great place! "

"The home needs a lot of updates. The bathroom walls had cracks and there was no water pressure and only luke warm water in the shower and sink. The bedrooms had sheer type drapes and you could see outside and inside with the homes right next to each other. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, the freezer had lots of food in it mostly expired. The cabinets had lots of can goods and spices that were expired. Some cabinets did not close completely. There was a pet food dish in one cabinet. The...
