ΘΡΑΣΥΣ ΕΚΒΙΑΣΜΟΣ Φιλοξενηθήκατε στο κατάλυμά μας με την τριμελή σας οικογένεια, από 12 Αυγούστου μέχρι την 26 Αυγούστου ημέρα αναχώρησής σας, δηλαδή την εποχή της μέγιστης ζήτησης. Δύο μέρες πριν την αναχώρησή σας εκφράσατε κάποια παράπονα, με την απαίτηση να σας κάνουμε μία γενναία έκπτωση στο συμφωνηθέν ποσό υπό την απειλή της κακής κριτικής στην Expedia. Σας απαντήσαμε ότι δεν θα δεχθούμε σε καμία περίπτωση τον εκβιασμό σας. Όσον αφορά στα παράπονα στείλαμε αυθημερόν τεχνικό να αποκαταστήσει τις φθορές τον οποίον αποπέμψατε. Τις αποκατέστησε μετά την αναχώρησή σας. Δεχθήκαμε καλόπιστα κάθε παράπονό σας και σας ρωτήσαμε για ποιο λόγο τα παράπονα δεν διατυπώθηκαν από την αρχή παρά μόνο την ώρα της αποπληρωμής. Ενημερώσαμε την Expedia και επιφυλασσόμαστε για κάθε νόμιμο δικαίωμα που προκύπτει από τον εκβιασμό σας. Two days before your departure you made some complaints, asking us to make a big discount on the agreed amount (from 125 euro to 85) under the threat of bad criticism on Expedia. We replied that we will not accept your blackmail in any way. About the complaints, we sent immediately technician to repair the damages and you kick out him. We restored them after your departure. We accepted in good faith all your complaints and we asked you why the complaints were not formulated from the outset to take care, but only at the payment time. We have notified Expedia and we reserve ourselves for any legitimate right resulting from your blackmail.
