"The lady that checked me in was nice. Everything was clean. I picked to stay there because it is very safe and they have a washer and a dryer, so I was able to go upstairs and wash some clothes and not worry about finding a laundromat. "

"The property was not inviting. Carpet was torn in places, ammonia smell around the room, several rooms with random construction type materials with shades open visible from the outside. Check in was slow but the staff was friendly. "

"Everything was excellent about the room. For some reason they couldn’t get the keys programmed for the room, so that caused a little aggravation. "

"Hotel is dated but still nice and the grounds are beautiful. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice and I like that they have a sauna. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working which I was looking forward to. Also, the elevator was not working and I was staying on the 3rd floor. The AC in the hallways was broken so it was hot carrying my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The bed is comfortable but the rooms need a good cleaning and the windows were very dirty. I had to open and try to clean the outside of the window from the inside just to see out. They need to be pressure washed. The hotel doors are not locked at night which made me uncomfortable. Anyone could come in. The bar and restaurant were good and the staff were helpful when working with me to find a resolution. I will stay again if those things get fixed. "
