"An older property that has heaps of charm on the outside. Kids loved the pool and spa regardless of the rain. It's quite overlooked and not to private but other residents were very friendly. Bathroom felt dirty because of the old painted floor but everything was clean and shower has great pressure and wayer stayed hot even after 5 people showering. Unit was perfect for what we needed and would stay here again and recommend"

"Just wanting to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment, it is beautiful, an excellent location with brilliant views. We had great weather for the most part and the facilities available to us at the resort were overwhelming and kept the children occupied when we were not at the beach."

"Overall this is a nice clean apartment other than the sliding glass doors that needed a good clean; we did this ourselves to enjoy the fabulous view. The property manager East Coast Getaways were all but useless with communication. I expect that guests are given instructions as to key pickup, building access and parking instructions well ahead of check in time and not 2 hours before and only because we chased it disconcertedly. As it was, the office was closed / unattended, phone calls to...

"It was a great property to stay at with easy access to restaurants, beach and other facilities. Only comment I can think of making for improvement is to have regular glasses to drink out of. Only had coffee mugs or wine glasses to drink out of. Everything else was fantastic."

"The apartment was great with with access from the ground floor, to wash off from the beach and kick off your shoes. The balcony had comfy furniture good for reading and dining. The main bedroom was spacious but the bed was not comfortable."

"All things in the property worked but it could use a good clean. I feel it is a 3 star property at a 4 star price. Picked up the key from a very rude waitress in a cafe but returned it to a very polite friendly waiter at the same place. Location was great and close to beach and restaurants and shops."

"What an amazing place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony unit. The balcony was huge, bigger than the apartment! The views are unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely pool area but the water is not heated so we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Palm Beach ferry. Ettalong is a very nice place with a beautiful beach so we may be back."
