All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."

Innenpool war nicht nutzbar, da kaputt. keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. keine Getränkebereitstellung auf Zimmer (2 Flaschen für 3 Wochen) mußte 330€ extra bezahlen für 3x Abendessen!!! keine Angabe, was ein Abendessen kostet. 4x nicht genutztes Frühstück wurde mit einen Abendessen verrechnet?! Heizungen mussten voll auf sein, damit man warmes Wasser hat. Aussenanlage des Hotels konnte wegen...
