About this property

Quiet private Centerville cottage, walk to beach, central A/C, parking pass.

  • Our Cape house, a cozy 4 season cottage on a quiet dead-end street, has a private wooded backyard overlooking an old cranberry bog. It's got a new outdoor shower and both gas and charcoal grills.

    NOTE: MAJOR RENOVATIONS

    Our summer home is in a great location, just a 12 minute walk to Craigville beach -- the best family beach on the Cape according the experts, our kids. And the rental includes a Barnstable "landlord parking pass" which allows you to park at any beach in Barnstable. It's also a short walk to the iconic 4-Seas Ice Cream , the Old Time Candy Store, an awesome playground, and the wonderful new kids room at the Centerville library. Hyannis, with dozens of restaurants, nightlife, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, is just a ten minute drive away.

    Available at the house are kids toys, games, kids DVDs & VCR tapes, tricycle, cozy coupe car, wagon, beach cart, cooler, sand toys, beach chairs, and a second (larger) washer & dryer in the cellar.
