"This is a little gem. Safe. Friendly Owners. Clean pool. A brook out back with a fire pit near well kept grass and gardens. So welcoming to kids and families. Great spot if you’re visiting storyland ;) Close to some great food! "

"This hotel is great! From the moment we checked in the staff was really helpful and nice. The room was also clean and comfortable. The big hits, of course were the small water park and the daily breakfast. My kids had so much fun in the water and it was never really overcrowded. The daily breakfast had many options to choose from and the kids actually ate. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Stay 2 nights with 2 grandsons ( 4 & 6 yrs). Room had 2 double beds on first floor. Easy walk to pool and playground. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Short drive to the center of North Conway and Mt Cranmore."

"Easy checkin, cookies and juice in lobby. Heated outdoor pool got crowded for 30 minutes, but then went back to tranquil. Walk to outlets and grocery store is 4 min walk. Room amazing with robes for adults and kids! Would definitely stay again"

"Old and dated- but a pleaseant experience. My biggest issue was with hotels. com while booking. The hotel charged a $20 per night "amenities" junk fee per night- payable at the hotel... which WAS buried down inside the fine print of the hotels. com listing- but not readily apparent when the booking was made. This is what ticks off travelers. I would encourage the listings CLEARLY state extra fees will be charged when you check-in- not simply have that disclosure buried deep within the listing where you can easily miss it."
