"Okay, so this hotel probably hasn't been updated since the 1980s. It reminds me of some places I stayed in St Petersburg in the early post-Soviet years. The halls smell very strongly of cigarettes (but my room did not). Okay, so they reuse the same key card for each room, and they even reuse the same little laminated folder to keep them in…the one I had was heavily used. "We arrived to the location that was stated in our booking. After many hours of driving we encountered the address that was provided by the hostel. It was difficult to locate this place since there was no clear sign or any other indication that we arrived at our accommodation. The sign hostel didn’t match the name of the accommodation on Expedia. you could not tell if this is the right address either but the Google Maps indicated it that that was the address.
