"I would give this hotel a 3 star cause yes hotel is nice and clean but the beach is a long walk away you either have to walk or ask hotel staff to take you to the beach. Then you have to make sure your saving a beach seat since 8am if not you won’t get a seat or you sit in the back rows . Food is a alright on the beach. Waiter Kado was very nice. Our view in our room said harbor view but it faces the traffic so you hear the cars and sirens sometimes maybe I have very high expectations cause last time I stayed at the Kimpton and that hotel is right on the beach. Think this time that’s why I was disappointed when I booked the hotel. I thought it was right on the beach. Overall, for the price, it’s not bad. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff is nice."

"Great family stay at Boggy Sands for grandmother, kids, and grandkids. The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed with everything you could need, including plenty of towels, soap, detergent, etc. It's an easy walk to the beach, which also has everything you could need and more. Also just a block away from a liquor and grocery store. The staff are so friendly and responsive! "

"Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the larger reserved area for a party taking up all of her time. We did notify the supervisor to let him know she needed help but it appeared that didn't happen and we were just offered free drinks from the bar but we declined because we don't drink alcohol. "
