    Welcome to Bristow & Brooks, a cozy one-bedroom, one-bath cabin perched right where the road meets the water near Horsecreek Marina on Dale Hollow Lake. This isn’t a sprawling luxury retreat, it’s a simple, comfortable home base built for people who’d rather spend their time on the water and enjoying the best Tennessee has to offer. Wake up to marina and lake views, grab your coffee, and you’re steps from the dock.

    Dale Hollow is legendary among anglers for its smallmouth bass, and boaters love the deep, clear water for cruising, skiing, or just idling along the shoreline. With marina access right outside your door, launching, loading gear, or heading out for the day couldn’t be easier.

    The cabin itself keeps things simple: one comfortable bedroom, a full bath, and a pull-out couch in the living area for an extra guest or two. No frills, just a place to eat, sleep, shower, and unwind between days on the lake or exploring one the many local attractions. Please note: There are a set of stairs from the road to the cabin porch deck.

Pet-centric cabin in a beautiful location! The lake and marina were wonderful! We were there for the State Park, which was also phenomenal, but the lake was a bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location on Dale Hollow Lake was perfect, and the cabin was incredibly homey and comfortable. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made our stay even better. Tony was a wonderful host and even checked in with us by text to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!
