"The Trinity City Hotel was amazing. I especially loved how clean the hotel was, and its location was perfect, walking distance to all of the sites. The decor was beautiful, and the shower and bath products were a bonus. The staff greeted us sincerely and provided great service. I will be booking here again when I return."

"We recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Parnell Square for nine nights. While the location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Dublin, I was disappointed by several aspects of our stay. Room servicing was inconsistent — one day I had to request toilet rolls, and on another, the servicing was delayed until quite late and never very through. I also had an evening meal in the restaurant one night and ordered the burger, which was advertised as a handmade double meat pattie. Unfortunately, it turned out to be two freezer-style patties covered in cheese and was quite unappetising. When the manager noticed I hadn’t eaten it, he kindly offered a complimentary dessert, but no refund or discount was provided despite my request. Overall, while the location and general facilities were good, the service and dining experience did not meet expectations."
