GPS coordinates: N 40°39'22.1" – E 17°30'14.3".<br>https://goo.gl/maps/9kF9Z<br>La The farmhouse “Il Mandorlo Fiorito” is located 800 metres from the historic centre of Ceglie Messapica.<br> The farmhouse “Il Mandorlo Fiorito,” built of local stone, historically dates back to the 19th century but is likely older, although the only confirmed date is 1860. Over the centuries, the structure has been altered by successive owners, who made changes that were often arbitrary. In 2014, it was restored by the new owners after they found it in very poor condition. Today, the farmhouse is among the most beautiful in the Itria Valley and features expansive green spaces—including centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden—that surround the entire property. Surrounding a central courtyard shaded by centuries-old acacia trees are the two apartments known as “Villa Fico” and “Villa Ulivo,” the large hall, the alcove converted into a cosy sitting area, and the ancient feeding troughs. A green area, featuring a barbecue space and a beautiful infinity pool, surrounds the residences, while the spacious car park extends even beyond the central area.<br> The Masseria is ideal for those who enjoy trips to the beach or hiking, and who wish to unwind in a simple, romantic, elegant, and comfortable setting, in a cool, hilly area (300 metres above sea level), far from the crowds on the beaches. The facade is made of local stone; the property is fenced, has an electric gate, and features an independent alarm system for the residences.<br>Villa Ulivo <br>The villa, measuring 55 square metres, consists of an entryway, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave, a hair dryer, and a television, as well as a private patio overlooking the farmhouse’s courtyard. It is a small yet comfortable and intimate space, featuring barrel vaults in the typical local style.<br>All rooms overlook and have access to the pool and are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating for the winter season. Suitable for a small family or a couple who prefer a private space.<br>SLEEPS: four (4).<br>***UPON ARRIVAL, we offer our guests: a bottle of mineral water and basic necessities—tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper—as well as toiletries for a minimum stay of 7 nights.<br>FARMHOUSE ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES<br>Infinity pool (approx. 12 m x 6 m x 1.35 m deep, with a relaxation area featuring seating at 90 cm). The pool is unattended, and jumping and diving are prohibited.<br> The car park is unattended, although it is located within the fenced-in area.<br> A safe is available inside each villa for personal belongings.<br>The pool area and barbecue area are available to both apartments (Villa Fico and Villa Ulivo) as shared spaces.
