"we stayed two nights in a one BR suite on third floor. We had a view of the city, cathedral, and large bluff behind it, was very interesting. But we were also steps from a large terrace overlooking the seaward side. The room was nice, and the staff very helpful in securing a dinner reservation at a unique place, with great food. "Located just outside of the main part of town to be nice and quiet, yet close enough to walk into town for dinner or shopping at the local market which is well stocked. Our particular room was a little small, but we easily found books to store our backpacks. The washroom is a nice size with the best shower we have had in our first 16 days in Italy. Was able to unpack the car outside then the hosts kindly showed us a free parking street (might be full in high season so need to book a place somewhere).
