  • The 40sqm apartment is located in a two-family villa, renovated in 2013. It includes a kitchen / living room with sofa bed (1 place), double bedroom, bathroom and laundry room / closet. The apartment has a pergola where you can 'eat outside' and a terrace, connected by a common external staircase, used as a solarium and to have breakfast or a snack as you wish. The house is located in a privileged logistic position, a few kilometers from Cefalù and the Palermo-Messina and Palermo-Catania motorway junction; moreover, the intense green of the hills of the 'Parco delle Madonie', in which it is immersed, merges with the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea which offers the splendid scenery of the Aeolian Islands. The apartment is furnished with new furniture chosen with taste and care to meet guests' needs and make their stay more welcoming and pleasant.
