The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-story building and is located very close to the beach in a quiet area, despite its central location.
It is about 45 square metres and consists of a living room with a flat-screen TV and a table, a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a balcony with a table and two chairs; a kitchen equipped with a stove, coffee maker, washing machine, and refrigerator; and finally, an adjacent bathroom with a shower and bidet. Inside the house, you’ll find a beach umbrella and beach towels. Sheets and towels are included.
Parking is available for a fee only.

The beach is about 50 metres from the apartment and can only be reached on foot. The apartment is in the city centre and therefore very close to restaurants and supermarkets.
