"Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit. We were in Rome for a tennis tournament at Berry College. It was easy to get to the tournament and very walkable to town and restaurants. The river walk is right there too."

"The apartment was very clean and had all amenities you needed to cook meals. Just wish the boat lift had worked. Chairs on the boat slip would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will probably book again."

We enjoyed the place which was very nicely decorated and walking distance from Downtown Rome's main attractions and restaurants. The property was perfectly clean upon our arrival, bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels, beds well prepared with more than enough pillows to satisfy everyone's needs. "Its a beautiful property that has more to offer then a place to stay. Has a lake to fish, trails to walk, trampoline for the kids and fire pit for late night smores making. Host are extremely friendly. They even made us a home cook breakfast! It was very clean and spacious. Only thing I could maybe speak negative about was the size of the t.v. and it not being in the bedroom. But hey, you really should be there to enjoy the outside anyways. Definitely would return!"

"My daughter and I came to Rome to go to an Emporers game. We also walked around downtown and did a little shopping! This loft is in the perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and the river. It is a studio with the living room, bedroom, and kitchen all in one room, but it is very spacious and cozy. It has a modern look while maintaining the vibe of the original building. Everything was perfect!"

"This place was excellent for our needs, as we were there watching tennis at the Rome Tennis Center! It was only about a mile away! SO CONVENIENT! The apartment was very nice and decorated with golf and tennis! I LOVED IT!"

We walked into a wonderfully decorated kitchen and living area with a big screen TV offering Netflix! The bedrooms were large and each had their own TV and the bathrooms perfect.
