For over $233 per night we should have been able to have more than 2 towels for 2 adults over 4 nights. Breakfast low budget with watered down juice and coffee. This hotel is 2 star at best. Shuttle bus is not free. Only plus is staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff was pleasant and breakfast was good. That’s where it ends. Tv in living room was broken, table in living room was broken, air conditioning had to be serviced, went to take a shower and the towel was used (bloody looking substance). I reported this twice and advised manager would contact me and that never happened. Received a text offering a few Hilton points. No other communication was provided."

"First and last time at this brand of hotel. Felt like Motel 6 tried to make a luxury line. No microwave in room. Upon arrival we noticed the $6 water bottles were half empty. There were additional open water bottles in the fridge both used and unused further proving this room was not cleaned. The shower water was warm at best and didn’t matter what time of day. Sheets were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. Charge $20 per day to park your car in their parking lot. Upon check out I noted an additional $600 hold on my credit card. They added $50 per day at check in for incidentals but continued to place additional holds on my cards every day for our 3 night stay! "

"The hotel needs updating! Hotel is in need of fresh paint and new furniture, in rooms and breakfast area! Website is misleading, there is not a Starbucks in lobby, however there is a Starbucks sign. There is not a bar area as well. "

"The room was disgusting and dirty. The floors were black from the dirt. There was no hot water on the last day of the stay. Room smelled like heavy cigarettes. I told the property all the issues during my stay and the person answering was very rude and u professional. Chair had mold and stains on it. Pool table broken leg. Ping pong table not avlb to play. Girl and boyfriend was screaming and fighting outside he hit her so she scratched up his car. "
