Cockroach and tick in the room, left the property immediately. Staff (Jose Lopez) unhelpful, claimed I was lying even after I showed him videos of the bugs. Room was poor otherwise - small, poorly lit - much better options in the area.

This property was great, especially for the price! We were able to walk all over downtown and East Austin, as well as down to the bat bridge from our room. Having a kitchen and separate sleeping area was really nice as well. We enjoyed watching the bats fly and the nighttime skyline from the ...
