They were renovating during our stay, which is good. However the ice machine was down had to go to different floors. Additionally our rom fridge was broken the TV cable was out. Just not the level of service I expected. Staff was friendly, place was clean.

Pleasant stay

The desk attendant was very pleasant, the lobby was clean and decked out for the Christmas season. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was a firm mattress, but for one night it was fine. We all have different preferences so not a huge issue. Breakfast was also good with a good selection to appease even the pickiest eater.

Staff was nice, room was okay but the front doors of the hotel didn't work so it was extremely cold eating breakfast, very slippery ourside front entrance and into front doors, the first floor we stayed on smelled of WEED sooo badly I wanted to puke, plus the pool was closed. We were NOT very impressed!
