This new home is in a newly developed residential neighbor built on SW side of Cedar Rapids. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and 2-car garage. Lovely fireplace, patio and backyard. Only a 6 minute drive to Menards, Walmart, JC Penney countless restaurants and the public library branch; 12 minutes to airport; 16 minutes to downtown Cedar Rapids; 23 minutes to Amana Colonies and 30 minutes to Downtown Iowa City and the University of Iowa and Hospitals.

Sisters

This was a great experience! My sister and I are seniors. Mom is in memory care so we needed a place that we could relax and still be close to mom. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms and great space for cooking and relaxing. We will stay here again.

Cedar Rapids get away

We enjoyed our trip. The location was great. The layout was good. A couple of little things: the master bedroom was cold and no hand towels. Nice to have a 2 car garage.
