Room was clean, and very quiet. The highlight of the trip was the staff - front desk, doormen and maintenance were always friendly and welcoming, especially with our daughter. Wonderful stay.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! We got King Superior room. Bed were so comfortable. Kitchen was clean and there were 2 small fridges. Great location for tourists as the subway its on the same block. There is a great hole on the wall breakfast place on the same block that was so convenience and pretty cheap, nice cafe next door. It's located in the Korea Town -- Restaurants selections are amazing. Don'd forget to stop by the Food Court in a couple of blocks away on 32nd street.

We enjoyed our stay at Empire Hotel…Hailey and Adrik were extremely helpful the first night. After that, the front desk staff changed and they seemed rather glum and refused to answer the phone in the late evenings. The rooftop bar was a nice addition to our stay. Rooms were clean and air conditioning was great. Its proximity to Central Park and the subways couldn’t be beat.

My absolute favourite hotel in NYC...right bang in the middle of the action. Staff so friendly and the pool and tiki bar made it feel like you were in the Islands somewhere.
