Check-in was super easy. View was magnificent. Live plants give it a very homey feel and nice touch. Would definitely recommend this condo!
Cottage was cozy and very clean with spectacular view, Beautifull small island, very quiet for relaxing and far away from the city life, dark water beach with lots of dolphins all day around, a golf cart will be very convenience for cruising around town.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very nice and convenient for the activities that we did. We will definitely be back. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Cedar Key. Condo was perfect, clean and right on the water stunning sunsets and sunrises. We rented a golf cart (great way to explore) but it’s only a short walk to restaurants and shops and fishing Pier. Will definitely return.
Spacious, welcoming and relaxing. Within walking distance to town. Wonderful nights skies and the natural surroundings have a sense of peace. Would recommend.

Great secluded getaway
The owner of this condo thinks highly of anyone staying there. She made sure it felt like home away from home. This place is a nice quiet unique hidden gem away from the overrated tourist attractions. But don't be fooled, this place has some interesting finds all within walking distances or on a golf cart. Definitely a trip worth taking.
We absolutely loved this condo. The condo itself was clean and adorable, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops, yet still felt super private. My favorite part was the balcony. We watched amazing sunrises and saw dolphin playing and jumping. We will definitely stay here again!
BETTER than advertised! VERY clean! Offered touches of home that you wouldn't think to pack, right down to laundry basket, chip clips, cook books, etc.. Dolphins play often, all day long. The people there are so friendly. All around excellent place to be.
Very clean and had everything we needed. We did not use kitchen at all.as we ate out all the time. We sat on balcony both mornings, which was peaceful, but saw no ocean life We were disappointed the pool and hot was not in use and looked like it hadn’t been for a while.

Breathtaking sunrises
Loved everything about my visit! The sunrises from the condo were breathtaking! The weather was beautiful! Renting a golf car or walking to the other end of the island to catch the sunsets was also fabulous! The condo was beautiful, warm and inviting! The neighbours were so friendly and welcoming! Definitely will be back!
So relaxing! Great locals, great food, some more pricey than others. Great history and charm. Very laid back community. Great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend. Just be sure to pack your groceries as nowhere to purchase groceries unless you stop an hour out. Overall a wonderful time!
Ticked every box! Lovely, clean, comfortable. You can spend all day watching dolphins and seabirds. Wake up early for the sunrise or head to the Tiki bar for the sunset. Or both! I can't wait to come back!
Condo was as listed. Awesome view right on the water. Quiet location with plenty to do. Kayaks available, pool was awesome and very friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking for our boat and boat dock and fish cleaning table was clean and very nice. Can easily walk anywhere in town. We will be back.
We just spent two days here. Everything was exactly as advertised. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. The sunrises were the best I’ve seen. Cute little fishing town with great food and people. We will definitely come back to this unit when we return. Thanks so much!!!
Cannot say enough about the condo!! Very clean, very comfortable and the view is amazing, literally right on the water. The kitchen offered all you need to make meals. We didn't nees to speak with the property manager. The directions given were self explanatory. Hoping we can come back for a longer stay.
Waking to the sound of happy seabirds pulled us straight to the balcony each morning. Breakfast and dinner hours for the masses of dolphin showing off, could not help but make us smile! Plenty of towels (including make-up wash cloths & beach towels) was a plus and the kitchen was fully stocked to cook 3 meals a day. We ate at STEAMERS on the boardwalk one night for clams and oysters, & they did not disappoint! Laying on the beach & Kayaking to the deserted isle of Atsena Otie's cemetery was so cool, but bring bug spray! The Prickly Palm on D St was a terrific spot to eat breakfast & iced coffees, on the way out of town.
A perfect location in a wonderful condo. Very clean, all the necessary items one might need for cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom had plenty of usable items also. The furniture was comfortable, including the bed.
We enjoyed the private deck every day. Watched EVERY sunrise, enjoying the birds, the fishermen
going by and in the afternoon, we were entertained watching the wind surfer.
A very peaceful, relaxing place to visit. There are several good restaurants, two nice Art Galleries, and more to explore. We spent one day fishing with a local charter guy and caught enough tasty fish for three meals!
We will visit again!
Very clean and well appointed one bedroom condo that does have Both keurig and drip coffee makers. Buy groceries and bug spray on the way in. Seriously. Restaurants on Cedar Key are 1 to 3 stars at best. Nothing’s open past 9pm and forget Chinese takeout. A few local art shops, prop plane or airboat tours and some muddy water fishing seem to be the highlights (no 5G btw). It’s a pure old fashioned R&R spot but not much more. Lesley the owner answers texts promptly from an Alabama area code but needs a local handyman to handle issues such as poor Wi-Fi strength and a disconnected bedroom TV (apparently she just switched to Spectrum from DirecTV the weekend I arrived). At the highest rate of the year that was disappointing.
