I am so happy to have found this property again. It is by far the best spot in CK! Peaceful and out of town so you can go enjoy the food, music, and shopping and then escape to paradise!

Well maintained, lots of windows, right on the water so fun to relax and enjoy the seascape. Well equipped kitchen for cooking; local market has everything. East walk to restaurants on harbor. Perfect!

Property was extremely clean and crisp! Wonderful views with dolphin shows throughout the day and the evening. Great proximity to the main street where many restaurants and shops are. Excellent communication with owner whenever questions came up. Many stairs to climb up/down to/from bathrooms/bedrooms and living room/kitchen provided a good workout! Make sure you’re able to climb stairs!

The place is amazing, the views are the best from all sides of the deck, I was little surprised by the Kitchen, Dining, and Living room to be on the 3rd floor with no bathroom, a lot of stair climbing but well worth it for the views, very modern, and clean unit, had everything we neeed. Will be back for sure

Best Gulf View Around

This townhouse was fabulous. The best part is that it is a corner property with wraparound views of the water as far as you can see. There are no obstructing views whatsoever. The vaulted living room ceiling is exquisite. The furnishings were comfortable, clean, and perfect for the size of the property. Adam communicated regularly and provided lots of tips for restaurants in the area. The check-in process could not have been any smoother or easier. I would come back here again and again. Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful and Charming Place

So I must first mention that my husband and I are sometimes a bit judgmental and overly critical with rentals. Not with this place! We were both absolutely delighted to stay at this lovely condo. It was quiet and peaceful and had everything that we needed. We walked to restaurants and loved sitting out on both balconies viewing the ocean. Most of the locals were very friendly and helpful and the seafood was amazing. The stairs were not an issue for us and I liked the main living area on the top floor. Lots of morning sun so bring your sleep mask if you like to sleep in. I noticed that this place is mostly booked for the next few months but I would definitely like to come back again soon.

This is a rare rental property in that it was even better than expected from the listing. Very tidy, comfortable, well-equipped condo in a spectacular setting, with lovely outdoor areas. Great communication with the hosts. We were a 5 minute walk to any of the local establishments, but the position of the unit made us feel remote. Loved watching the sea life from the really great decks. We would absolutely stay here again.
