The manager cancelled my reservation in order to increase the room's price. That is deliberate theft. There was no WiFi. The hotel smelled like vomit and ash tray. The "breakfast" was almost but not quiet non-existent. Oh and the desk clerk was hostile.

Roaches everywhere in the room and bathroom. Dirty bedsheet with blood stain. Shower curtain so old and dirty. Back door could not be lock and anybody could just get in. Iron is messed up and stained my shirt. I would not recommend this place to anybody

I booked ahead of time for my grandma, he’s 65 years old. When he landed in Dallas he called the hotel to verify address and if they offered shuttle, they didn’t answer any of the times he called. He ended up getting another room at another hotel because he was unsure. I called to get a Refund and they didn’t answer still 3 days later. i was told by expedia there’s nothing they could do and my card would be charged for the full amount for a 2 night stay. Zero stars for zero communication or follow thru!!!

Not the best, but very comfortable area to sleep in. No one bothers, and quite area. Hotel is a bit outdated and some beds need to be replaced, but staffs are very nice and attentive that they will always listen to your request.
