"This was the perfect spot for our large extended family that was here for a dance recital for our UNI student. The place is extremely clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels! Loved all the space we had to hang out together and have lots of quality time. The deck and grill were are great aminity as well. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to create a meal. We will absolutely look to book again in the future!"

"Room was not clean. Toothpaste splatter in the sink... gross. I drop a piece of ice on the floor and cleaned it up with a washcloth, couldn't believe how filthy the floor is. Worst of all. Middle of the night a staff person opened our door. We assume to take a nap. Startled, he apologized and left immediately. Extremely unsettling. Breakfast was Luke warm-gross. Will not be back to this location. Ever!"

"They didn't clean our room 3 days in a row. When asked, the front desk clerk said "sorry, we are short staffed so we only clean rooms that were checking out." There is a note in the rooms stating they will clean rooms every other day to conserve natural resources. The fire alarm activated at 3AM due to a malfunction in the pool's mechanical room. The next night the fire alarm activated at 10PM & then again at 11PM, due to the same issue as the previous night..."
