    Come stay in our brand new modern farmhouse with attached casita included. Brand new clean build on over 1 acre with front and rear landscaping in new high end subdivision. Clean open modern vibe, with all the necessities to feel cozy & at home.
    The space
    4,700 sf of living space! Sleeps 20+. 5 Bedrooms + 5 Bathrooms with floor to ceiling tile showers and glass sliding doors, Chefs Kitchen with 2 dishwashers, built in fridge, and double ovens, 3 family rooms with large TV's, 2 sets of stacked washer/dryers, Gym, built in play house, bunkrooms, hot tub, and more! Open spaces, views and close to town but far enough away for privacy and peace and quiet. Attached casita can be accessed through the home or a private rear entry. Has full kitchen, family room, the 5th bedroom and a bathroom with 2nd set of new Samsung stacked washer/dryers.

    Driveway can hold 6-7 cars. Garage and a few storage closets are locked. All other rooms are accessible to guests.
