This beautifully remodeled waterfront lake home is situated perfectly on Weiss Lake with amenities that include a private pier, private boat launch, plenty of parking for boat trailers, a large yard and outdoor space. Inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, two sitting/entertainment areas, two large bathrooms, and three bedrooms to relax - with additional sleeping options available.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and present during the entire rental.

Small events are allowed for up to 30 people allowed outside of the right to privacy hours of 10:00 P until 8:00 A

Right to privacy is nightly from 10:00 P - 8:00 A. During these hours, the only occupants allowed on the property are the occupants registered in the rental to stay overnight.
