- Podere Nuti is a farmhouse with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on the property and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not available inside the apartments.
"Podere Nuti – 2 Beloro" is on the ground floor, measures 50 m², and features a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a baby cot.
