Gîte Le Studio – Cazes-Mondenard (Tarn-et-Garonne)

Discover Le Studio, a 38 m² air-conditioned cottage for 2 guests, set in a former farmhouse amid the rolling hills of Quercy Blanc, right on the Lot border. You’ll be warmly welcomed in this peaceful setting surrounded by animals.



The cottage features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) accessed by a miller’s ladder, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as reversible air conditioning and heating for winter stays.



Outside, enjoy a shared swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a fishing pond, a terrace with dining area and barbecue, a games room with pool table and table football, plus 5 hectares of meadows and gardens where you can meet and feed the animals. There are plenty of walking, cycling, mountain biking, and horse-riding trails nearby.



For your comfort, the cottage offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and an outdoor shower. Parking is available on site. A nearby village provides a bakery, restaurant, and other amenities.
