The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. "You cannot go wrong if you choose this place. Marie-Ange was so gracious and made us feel so welcomed. She prepared a lovely aperitif of salmon bread melon and Sangria. The place is clean well furnished and the neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Her garden is beautiful, and sitting on the terrace is very enjoyable. Many cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Same for a full grocery store about 8 minutes walk. You will have a friend for life."

"As a group of nine, including two children (8 & 10), Chateau Floran was a great fit for us. The facilities are great and the hosts perfect. The chateau itself is beautiful and surrounded by nature which can only ensure a relaxing stay. There are lots of lovely places to investigate within easy reach. We didn’t want to leave! "We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely fantastic. Photo’s don’t do the scenery or accommodation justice. Surrounded by hills and woodland it made the perfect getaway for two couples and an extra one on the comfortable sofa bed. St Girons is a lovely small town with a great atmosphere and good access to walking in the Pyrenees. Host was helpful and unobtrusive giving you full access to the pool, gardens, driveway and laundry facilities. Thank you Myriam."
