Halfway between the ski resort of Peyragudes and the spa resort of Bagnères-de-Luchon (7km), this village house is an ideal place to come and recharge your batteries and breathe fresh fresh air! This gîte is located on the first floor with the living rooms and on the 2nd floor the bedrooms. Small south-facing, non-adjoining garden on the other side of the street, with a terrace. Parking nearby on the village square. The owners' home is adjoining the gite but completely independent (entrance, building, etc.) On the ground floor: entrance with cupboard. On the first floor: Living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, laundry room, separate WC, shower room. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms (3 90cm beds for 1 person) (1 160cm bed for 2 people, dressing room), bathroom, separate WC. Electric heating and wood stove in the living room. Village house, recently restored, ideal for hikers, cyclists, fishermen and mountain lovers...
