"The lake house was pristine. The outdoor space is super enjoyable. However, I think there needs to be a book with instructions on how to turn on the grill , the fire pit, the hot water for the upstairs shower. Other than that it was an amazing Labor Day Weekend b"

"Overall the stay was very nice, the house is a great size and the water access was great. The only "issue" was the outside of the property was covered in webs/bugs and the area between the screen and the door was filled with dead bugs."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. On day one we had some challenges with the grill but within just a couple hours someone was out to the house to look at and they replaced it the next day. Really responsive. The disappointment was the Harmful Algae Blooms that made swimming off limits at the beach down the street and off the dock. We wished we would have known about this prior to booking because it made us nervous about the water. But the house was great - location to local spots was good. We drove over to Seneca Lake to swim."

"Beautiful location! Loved the kayaking. Great singalong around the fire pit. Fisher people caught fish at the state park. Deck is special for reading, morning sunshine & coffee, just lounging. Beds were comfortable. All rooms were nicely decorated. We would definitely go back!!"

"We had a comfortable stay inside the home. The interior was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. However, we were disappointed by the outdoor areas. The porches were very dirty with dust , spiders, cobwebs, and unwashed surfaces, which meant we couldn't really enjoy sitting outside. With a good sweep and wash on the porches, this would bet a great spot."
