"It was a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ashley was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and made all the arrangements to pick us up from the airport and transfer us to her property. This house has an amazing view and it is a very well maintained property. Red Frog Beach Resort staff was very courteous. Overall this was a wonderful experience."

"Alex, the property manager was fantastic. I recommend getting What’s App and he will be very responsive. He lives upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. 2 of the baths are down an outdoor breezeway but very close. Great patio area. BBS Bar next door has great good food and is over the ocean, wonderful! Good beach close. Walk around island is interesting as you get to see the locals who are very friendly. Bring bug spray!"

"This was my 60th birthday gift from my husband. What a gift! Clean, quiet, beautiful. My husband couldn't stay out of the water. He snorkeled and found a yellow sea horse hiding in the coral just off the deck. It was a joy to swim, snorkel, relax in the hammock and watch the sea that behaves like a lake. Phillip is a great host; making your stay easy and comfortable. Next time though, I'll take some videos to watch in bed."

"The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. "We enjoyed our stay & plan to return! Home was very clean and contained all necessities. Host was very communicative, and property manager was on site in a separate home and assisted us immediately when we had any questions. The beds were super comfortable, bedrooms had wonderful air conditioning and storage. We enjoyed the open air living room and kitchen, feeling truly one with nature."

"A perfect combination of private accommodations with access to a personal captain to travel to some of the amazing places the area has to offer. Plenty of wildlife including: Dolphins, starfish, sloths, monkeys, geckos, many types of fish and birds. Access to the kayaks and paddleboards was great too. Amazing how calm the water was a certain times of the day. "

"This is a great place to stay in Bocas Town and be removed from the hustle and bustle. If you aren't aware that's what you're doing, it could be a hassle. We liked being a little removed and getting some quiet at night for better sleep. The place is nice - be sure you're aware of which unit you're getting. They all have great locations and water access, but there are differences."

"Remote and quiet place away from the maddening crowds and noise. Great for relaxing and snorkeling. The water is warm, clear and very safe to swim in. (apart from couple of hours of wind it was like a mirror - no waves and smooth) There is a narrow band of coral in front of the villas with many colorful fish. "There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "
