"We had everything we needed in one cottage or the other. Host was very attentive to our needs and any questions about activities. Had one minor issue with hot water that was attended to immediately. Loved the quiet location with easy access to everything the Grand Caymans had to offer."

"The place was perfect with the exception of being one bedroom. Based on the photos we thought it was two bedrooms, but there is a couch sofa. Its also not walking distance to the tourist areas or shops. It was normally a 30 minute commute to our activities. The place was very modern and clean. The host was friendly and responded promptly with all messages. I would highly recommend for a small family, solo trip, or couples trip. "

"Caiman's Den is newly built, beautifully laid out, organized, clean and well furnished. The shower was delightful. The beds are comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front and back covered patios - one, or both is out of the sun during the day, and almost always had a breeze. (You can hear the ocean surf from the front patio.) Carlene has also done a beautiful job with the landscaping and plantings. Overall, the property is lovely; We enjoyed our time outside as much as the apartment. The kitchen has all new appliances, and is well stocked with cookware, basic spices and oil. Since the air conditioning is central air, it is VERY quiet and effective. We didn't have to think about the apartment temperature at all - it was just comfortable.Carlene is quick to respond to questions. You couldn't ask for a better host.We loved our time at Caiman's Den in Old Man Bay, and would go back immediately, if we could!"

It was nicely appointed and well-maintained.This condo is the perfect spot for vacationing...far from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown but close enough to go over for sightseeing, food, and drink.Then return to the "quieter side of the island with enough local food and drink to ease into the night."
